From de very start polo in Argentina has been intimately linked to life in the country and among its people. In this sense, El Metejon is unique. Not only its facilities, typical of an Argentine estancia, but also the people who serve, irradiate the warmth of the Argentine Pampas. There are 60 horses for all the levels of play. There is no excuse for not getting on to a horse and indulging in this sport. Our guests lear and practice on horseback, with far better results!! A Polo Day in “El Metejón” includes: Stick-and-ball or polo lessons in the morning, 4 chukker practice matches in the afternoon, A meal, Open Bar, Internet Wi-Fi. At “El Metejon” we provide all the necessary equipment for you to be able to play. All you have to do is bring your helmet, mallets, boots and whip. Once you get a taste of the adrenalin of this sports, you wil begin to “feel” polo. Other activities: Play golf 20´ away from the farm, Massage, Gym lessons, Hundred metres at your disposal. ESTANCIA VILLA MARIA

We invite you to enjoy an Estancia offering the best comfort in a natural environment surrounded with beautiful groves and charming landscapes where you will be able to experience the tranquility and the harmony at every minute. You will be able to play Polo and practice all the activities offered. During the day you will be able to take a polo class, offered by a professional polo player. What is more, we offer you delicious lunch and you will be delighted with a typical afternoon snack. Included activities: Carriages tours, horse rides, table games, treks and other recreations. Classes: The class is divided in 2 modules: 1- Theoretical introduction, history of polo, basic rules of the game represented on a model. 2- Practises of free taqueo (Stick and ball). The polo class is about 1:30 hours long. It is necessary that you bring comfortable clothes. We will provide you with horses, helmets, gaiters and polo sticks. Duration: 8 HS | Schedule: Every day

ESTANCIA LA CANDELARIA

We offer a complete service, from the horses to all the equipment, so that you can enjoy a polo match. Our classes and tournaments include all levels of training with out any restriction of sex or age. Practice this exciting sport in one of the best places in Argentina. Relax, share good moments with the people who take care of horses and the hosts, combining excellent food and typical Argentina dishes with beer and friends at the end of the day. During the morning, you will have Stick and ball with the teacher, who will explain you techniques and secrets. In the afternoon, there´s a four chukkers game, where you can put in practice what you were learning. The teachers will also explain you how we breed our Argentinian Polo Race, beyond the experience of such a special lifestyle. Includes: Stick and Ball with the teacher. He will be explaining all the basic points, techniques, game rules, and everything that the person needs to change or improve. Polo match: play with professional polo players and other pupils. The game will be according to the level of each pupil, so you can improve the level. Reception: Empanadas and drinks. Lunch: Enjoy a typical ¨ asado ¨ or any other traditional argentinian food.
