Conditions of reservation
General Conditions
It is important to read these terms and conditions prior to requesting a reservation.
By accepting to rent under this agreement, the customer whose name appears on this
agreement accepts and agrees to these General Terms and Conditions, Conditions of
Reservation and Cancellation Policies.
Best Accommodation BA compromises to offer a complete service with quality excellence.
General Conditions
The guest must have reached the majority of age required in the country of residence.
Conditions of reservation
1. Steps of reservation
The request can be made by e-mail, by telephone or through our web page. After the
request is received, we will contact you in a period of 48 hours in order to confirm
the availability and conditions of the apartment you asked for, which is subject
to the approval of the owner. In order that your reservation remains formalized
it is necessary to pay the amount informed after 24 hours of receiving the confirmation
of availability. The methods of payment accepted are: cash, bank deposits, drafts
or transfers. Immediately after the payment is done, you will have to notify us
the information of the transaction (MTCN, Bank Codes, etc) and of your flight (N°
of flight, Company, Schedule of arrival, etc.)
Afterwards, by e-mail, we will send you a voucher updating the final price, the
complete information of the apartment, and the check-in time.
A Best Accommodation BA Staff member and the owner of the apartment will welcome you,
and show you around. At that moment, you must cancel the payment still owed (the
rent and the deposit); sign the contract and we will provide the keys. Make sure
of possessing the cash needed to pay the rent and the deposit at the moment of arrival
(dollars/pesos, at the rate of the day, EUROS), otherwise the keys of the apartment
will not be delivered.
Credit cards or checks by no means will be accepted.
Best Accommodation BA will not be responsible of cancelations or modifications on your
reservation. Moreover, there will be no refund if you decide to shorten your stay.
The owner of the apartment and Best Accommodation BA reserve the right of admission.
2. Check-in/Check-out
The check-in must be done at 2 pm. It can be done before if the apartment is available
and is not rented by other guest. The check-out time is at 10 am., but it can be
modified after the guest's request and considering the availability of the apartment.
48 hours prior to the departure, the guest must reconfirm the check-out time accorded.
If the check-in/out is done during office hours (10 am to 6 pm) there will be no
extra charges.
It it is not done during office hours, is done during a holiday, or is rescheduled
in the last minute by the guest, there will be an extra charge of:
- U$20.- between 07 am and 10am or 6pm and 10pm
- U$30.- between 10 pm. and 7 am.
These charges must be paid at the check-in.
3. Rental Contract
When signing the contract, the guest must present the original and a copy of the
documentation of identity, and make the payment of the rent in cash, the deposit,
and the extra charge of late check-in/check-out, if necessary.
4. Deposit
The guest must make a payment for the deposit that, in every case, will be refunded
completely at the end of the rental period, as long as there are no damages. If
there were damages or lost during the stay, the amount of money needed to restore
those items will be subtracted from the deposit payment. If the deposit amount is
not enough to repair or replace the objects damaged, the guest will have to pay
the differential.
It is mandatory for guests to return the property at the same conditions of tidiness
and cleanness as it was delivered.
5. Guests
Every person who will stay in the property must be registered. The number of people
registered must not be exceeded, or this will be cause of eviction.
The owner of the property and Best Accommodation BA reserve the right of admission.
6. Services
The amounts of the rent are final amounts and - unless otherwise indicated - include:
taxes, expenses, light, water, gas and, when specified, can include services such
as telephone, cable television, Internet access and weekly cleaning service.
Cancelation policies
The amount of money paid for the reservation will not be refunded. Neither the amount
paid as a rent. If you need to shorten your stay, the differential money will not
be refunded because it is considered as a compensation for breaking the contract.
If an unforeseen damage happened in the property that makes it impossible to offer
that apartment to the guest, Best Accommodation BA offers to relocate the guest in
an available apartment of similar characteristics and comforts or will return the
money paid as a reservation.
Extension
The contract expires at the day informed. If you need to extend your stay at the
same property, you must inform us shortly so that we can assure the availability.
This extension implies a new contract for the period required, it depends on the
availability, and may be affected by changes on the rates.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that the guest acquire insurance for luggage, medical expenses,
accidents, etc. at the moment of the reservation.
